Ms Mitchell was responsive to all our needs in this venture, which had a tight timeline and required expertise to manage a transaction which proved to be a bit more complicated than I had anticipated! She was also unfailingly pleasant and patient, attributes which were much appreciated.

We have been here several times and just KNEW it was where we wanted to find a little villa for an investment property and a vacation home for 1/2 the year to enjoy. I called a friend of a friend and they hooked me up with Marjorie all while on my bike ride.. Marjorie was on the island already in between showings and said she could meet me there in 10 minutes!!! I rode my bike and made an offer that day on a cute villa on island. She was so welcoming, no pressure kind of girl, she had this southern accent that just made me smile! We bought the villa, and well one year later we told her.... we Love it hear and we want to move here full time .... but we need to find a HOUSE! Marjorie listed our villa, and sold it 2 weeks later and found us our DREAM home (yes a huge fixer upper) with a view all with in a week while we were in town from our home state of KY!! She listened to our wants and needs and did the research! She has gone over the top with helping with contractors and making it as stress-free as possible. She has been a local for 30 years and we were so new to the Low Country and this really helped us, we would have been lost with out her! She made the transition as easy as it can be with being out of state. She knows everyone and gets things DONE! Over this past year, she and her family and her side kick HANK (coolest labradoodle EVER) have become family to us! Marjorie may be the kindest, most loving, thoughtful, hardworking soul out there. We highly recommend her and know you will be taken care of even if its a tiny lil villa or your DREAM HOME!
